The SKMADS Mobile Advertising Agency ("Service"), owned and operated by SKMTEK PTE. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore, is provided to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SKMADS provides digital advertising services including but not limited to mobile advertising, performance marketing, and programmatic advertising. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in individual service agreements or insertion orders between SKMADS and the client.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the SKMADS website and platform are owned by SKMTEK PTE. LTD. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKMADS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
